August 29th -Fee Night (Online payment option ONLY)

In order to expedite the fee night process, we will reserve August 29th as fee night for families who have completed the online payment option via the Online School Payment website  (See the update below for additional information). This year the fee night process will allow families to complete, sign, and submit all school forms online via the Zippslip website (See the update below for additional information) prior to coming to fee night. The deadline for paying through the Online School Payment website will be 12:00 pm on Monday, August 29.

August 30th -Fee Night. (Check, Cash and Online payment Option)

The following day on August 30th, families may pay fees at one of our receipting tables with cash or check.  Parents using the online option may also attend the August 30th, fee night.  Forms may be completed online ahead of time or at the school that evening.

On both fee nights, families will be able to complete the following.

  • Collect their students’ schedules and laptops.
  • Pick up the 2015-2016 yearbooks (if purchased last year).
  • Purchase parking permits (Seniors Only)
  • Order their PE uniforms.
  • Join the PTSA ($6.00 membership fee)
  • Purchase Freeman spirit wear and merchandise.

IMPORTANT:

In order to receive a HCPS laptop, students must have available a signed Code of Conduct form and Laptop/Charger form. These forms can be signed electronically via the Zipp Slip website or signed in person on fee night.

Online School Payments (Online Payment Option)

This year HCPS will be working with a new vendor to provide online payment options for our families. Parents will be able to pay for school and activity fees through this site.  A 4% convenience fee is added to the total to pay the vendor for this service.  Once you have created an account and set up your student’s profile, you can pay for your student’s fees online using either MASTERCARD or VISA.

Zipp Slip (Online Forms Option)

The many forms that are associated with returning to school are now offered to you online.  In fact, there will be no packets of paper forms handed out at fee night this year.  Every form, including the signature page of the Code of Conduct and the Laptop/Charger forms are now available on the link above, which will be available for parents on August 16th. Please log on (you’ll need your child’s student number to set up an account) and complete your forms prior to fee night on August 29th and 30th.  Please note you must have the Code of Conduct signature page and the Laptop Charger Form completed to receive a computer on fee night.  Paper copies of forms will be available on the first day of school.

Parent Information: Drug Use warning Signs

Soon our students will be out of school with idle time on their hands.  If parents are working, children - young and old - spend more time unsupervised, looking for something to do, right or wrong.  Now is the time to get unneeded and unused medications out of your house and out of your medicine cabinet.  Anyone who reads the paper, follows the news online or watches news on TV knows what a problem prescription drug abuse is and how it can be a gateway to heroin and other drugs.  We are losing far too many young people to this horrible epidemic.

Given this situation, Bremo Pharmacy is doing its part to get unneeded or unused medications out of people's homes and medicine cabinets.  As a service to the community, we have installed a permanent Drug Take back box in our pharmacy at 2024 Staples Mill Road.

You need not wait for the once a year Drug Take back day.  Our Drug Take back box is available for the public's use anytime our pharmacy is open:  Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm.  There is no charge, there is no catch - it is truly a community service to get unneeded and unused medications out of our home and out of the hands of our children - young and old.
