All Night After Graduation Event -
June 12, 2012 - 10:30 PM until 4:30 AM
Senior class parent meeting notes - including dates, locations and attire for graduation.(note - senior awards assembly date is not correct on this attached document - the correct date is Wednesday, June 6, 2012)
Information on how you can assist with the After Graduation event.
Activities: Contact Marcia Palmer - sponsorships of various activities are needed as well as volunteer helpers.
Baby Pictures: Contact Holly Snow - all parents of seniors are asked to submit a baby picture of your senior to be used on the "Portrait wall" during the after graduation party. There is a box located in the office at Freeman for you to drop the pictures in. Please note - these pictures will not be returned.
Casino: Contact Lora Gayle - Volunteer casino workers are needed to work shifts during the party.
Decorations: Contact Carolyn Luxton - volunteers are needed to assist in creating, repairing and decorating on the day of the event. (parents of Juniors are strongly encouraged to volunteer and will be needed on the day of the event to assist with decorating)
Food: Contact Mary Gray - volunteers are needed as well as any contacts you may have in the food or restaurant industries that may be willing to donate to the party.
General Volunteers and Workers: Contact Dory Dixon - volunteers are needed in all capacities including fund raising,decorating, prizes, equipment set up and removal and clean up shifts.
